Alaska based concert and portrait photographer

My first real memory of wanting to be a photographer dates back to my last day of kindergarten. I showed up with a disposable camera in hand, feeling an irresistible need to capture everything around me—6th graders playing kickball, my teacher with a classmate whose name has faded, and, of course, my friends. By the time I got my first “real” camera at 16, I’d already collected thousands of snapshots of the people I loved. Nothing made me happier than getting to capture all the little intimate moments for everyone to look back on years later.

This passion naturally led me to portrait and documentary photography in school, which soon branched into short film work. I served as head director and camerawoman in my school’s nationally recognized film program, where I learned how visual storytelling could take many forms.

In 2018 I shot my first concert for a band named Chess At Breakfast and instantly fell in love with the work. Now a self-taught concert photographer, I’m grateful to have my work featured in both national and international publications.

Since beginning my journey over 10 years ago, I’ve specialized in portrait, documentary, and concert photography, earning multiple awards along the way. Currently based in Anchorage, Alaska, I’m ready to tour and travel. To discuss rates or set up a session, please connect with me through the Contact tab on this site.
